REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly describe, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

SECURITY POLICY

When purchasing from ORIRI, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Westpac Banking Corporation Payway. Card data is not hosted by ORIRI after processing.

EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER:

It’s free to exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability.

Shipping is free on the replacement item.

To exchange an item, fill in the exchange form and simply specify the new size you require.  Please note, all tags must be still attached to the garment to enable an exchange.

Send your item that you wish to exchange to ORIRI, PO Box 131 Drayton North 4350, Australia.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit voucher and purchase the new item separately.

  • Items you wish to exchange must be received within 10 business days of the Australia Post receivable date within Australia and 28 days for international purchases.
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, traceable means to return your order to us at ORIRI, PO Box 131 Drayton North 4350, Australia, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
  • Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
  • All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
  • We know that you will love our ORIRI packaging so we want you to keep that, however, please package your garment carefully to ensure it is not damaged during transit.  We suggest placing it back into the dress bag (if one was provided) and make sure it’s wrapped in a waterproof satchel to ensure the garment/s are carefully looked after.
  • We will send your exchanged item within 48 hours of receiving your item/s provided the item/s is in stock.  If the item is not currently in stock, our customer service team will contact you on the contact number you have provided while placing your order.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Please complete the returns form included with your order and also the pro forma invoice that you received with your order, and include it with your return so we can process your refund promptly.

You may receive either a full refund or a voucher of credit to use at ORIRI.

Please note, all tag stating must be still attached to the garment to enable an exchange.

  • Returned items must be received within 10 business days of purchase for a full refund (28 days for international purchases).
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. GIFT RETURNS:

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a voucher for an in-store credit.  You will need to enter the voucher details at your next purchase.

  • Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference & additional shipping.
  • To arrange a return on gifts, please email hello@oriri.com.au The timeframes for returning a gift are 30 days from the original purchase date.  The guidelines for garment condition and return shipment are the same as stated above in the returns/exchanges section.
  • The voucher will be valid for One Year from the date of return.
  • Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of ORIRI and may only be refunded as a store credit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON FAULTY GOODS:

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
  • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately by phone or hello@oriri.com.au
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition with all tags attached to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  • You may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns are ORIRI, PO Box 131, Drayton North Queensland, 4350, Australia and we request that you contact us at hello@oriri.com.au in relation to such returns.
  • We recommend that you use a secure means of returning the shipment so your item is traceable.
  • A full refund on a faulty item is purely at the discretion of ORIRI and as all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched, we don’t think you will have any problems here anyway!  We are sure you will love your ORIRI purchase.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs.  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ORIRI and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer with no refund or exchange provided.

Where provided, belts/accessories and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards and designer tags and labels should be included with your return.

Please email hello@oriri.com.au if any of your purchases have been delivered without ORIRI tags and the refund/exchange tag that must be attached to every garment.

Items that are classified as “SALE” items may only be returned for a store credit.  This shipment costs will NOT be included in your store credit.  We are unable to refund any sale items.  Your store credit will be provided in an ORIRI voucher which you will need to enter when you purchase your next item from ORIRI.

LINGERIE & SWIMWEAR

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer. See policies above regarding returns/refunds and exchanges.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products that appear on www.oriri.com.au  However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
